NORFOLK, Va. — One of Norfolk's most iconic buildings is undergoing a bit of a facelift, and it's been noticed by several residents passing by.
White patches can be seen on the Scope Arena's roof, and a Norfolk city spokesperson confirmed it is undergoing some repairs and will soon be resurfaced after it is fixed. Once completed, the spokesperson said a full re-coating of the arena's dome will occur to restore it to its original white color.
"Scope renovations will commence after Chrysler Hall upgrades are completed," the spokesperson told 13News Now.
