LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A federal judge on Thursday postponed U.S. Rep. Henry Cuellar’s trial to April 6 and dismissed two of the 14 charges against him and his wife, following a Justice Department directive to narrow charges under the Foreign Registration Act.

Cuellar and his wife still face 12 counts each.
