LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - A weak tropical disturbance will move north into south Texas Friday and weaken as it moves further north during Saturday. We will be on it’s west edge. Scattered showers are possible in our area late Friday and Saturday. The heavier and more widespread showers will be on the system’s north and east side, closer to the coast and further to our north by late Saturday. Our hot weather will continue during the 7 day time frame.
