NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - More roadway safety improvements are coming to Germantown after a beloved community member was killed this summer.
Dorothy “Dot” Dobbins was hit and killed by a vehicle on June 8 while walking in the crosswalk along 3rd Avenue.

“If an elderly woman can’t walk across the street then no one can,” Nashville resident Kyauna Milan explained.
