WACO, Texas (KWTX) - This morning in the Federal Administrative Court in Conroe, Noe Guerrero’s bond was set of $5,000, but a stay order has been placed requested by ICE, holding him in custody for ten more days.

According to ICE, Guererro was arrested on July 24th in Waco for immigration violations and for violating the terms of his bond by engaging in suspected criminal activity.

Guerrero has also previously been arrested for sexual assault and has been convicted on a DWI charge.

His attorney, Anali Looper, says the charges holding him are not clear, since the judge granted the ICE attorney’s motion to remove details from the original record of Guererro’s arrest last and replace it with a new redacted version.
