The WSU Cougars men’s basketball team announced its non-conference schedule for the upcoming season on Thursday.
Washington State’s non-conference slate is highlighted by the program’s first-ever trip to the Maui Invitational , one of college basketball’s premier early-season tournaments.
The Cougars will open the eight-team Maui Invitational against Chaminade on Nov. 24, followed by a matchup against either Arizona State or Texas on Nov. 25. WSU’s third and final game in Maui will come against either Boise State, North Carolina State, Seton Hall or USC.
WSU’s other notable non-conference games include a showdown against the archrival UW Huskies at Beasley Coliseum on Nov. 14. and a road trip to former Pac-12 foe USC on Dec. 14.
