SHREVEPORT, La. — Shreveport police have arrested a man accused of robbing the Home Federal Bank on Market Street on Aug. 13.

The department’s Violent Crimes Unit identified Lebroderick Jones as the suspect and took him into custody. He has been charged with one count of armed robbery with a firearm.

Detectives executed a search warrant at Jones's residence, where they recovered key evidence linking him to the crime. According to police, a firearm and money stained with dye were seized.

The quick arrest was credited to "outstanding detective work and swift follow-up on leads," the department said. Jones is currently being held at the Shreveport City Jail.
