Officials with Edge Pro Shops by Gary Loomis said the fishing equipment shop has plans to open in Spring by Aug. 23.

Owned by Gary Loomis, Edge Pro Shops specializes in American-made fishing rods and blanks as well as premier fishing tackle and rod-building components. It also offers services that include rod and reel repair.
