(WPHL) -- Frankford High School is set to repopen for the 2025-2026 school year after an Asbestos discovery shuttered its doors in 2023.
The School District of Philadelphia says, "Students and staff will start the 2025-26 school year with brighter, cleaner, healthier spaces where they can learn and work."
The school district invested $29.9 million in environmental repairs and building improvements.
On Monday afternoon, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held.
