GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) - The Grand Junction Police Department responded to reports of someone apparently accidentally shooting themselves in the leg on Monday morning.

The incident occurred at Kratom Bar on 12th Street. There has been no report of the extent of the injuries.

The Grand Junction Fire Department was dispatched to assist at the scene.
