DE QUEEN, Ark. (KSLA) - A man from De Queen has been charged in connection with alleged child sex crimes.
Chief Scott Simmons says on Friday, Aug. 15, officers arrested Matthew Hallmark, 23, at his home in De Queen. This comes after an investigation officers have been working for months, the chief says.
Hallmark is charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and internet stalking of a child.
OTHER CRIME IN THE ARKLATEX
Hallmark has been booked into the Sevier County Jail.
Police say no information will be released about the victim since they are a juvenile.
