The state and federal governments are back in federal court for the second case involving the so-called "Alligator Alcatraz" detention center.

This case, which went before Judge Rodolfo Ruiz, has to do with the constitutional rights of detainees inside the facility.

The lawsuit, in part, alleges detainees lack access to attorneys inside the detention center; there is not enough privacy for attorney and their clients, as well as a lack of immigration bond hearings for detainees at the facility.
