The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Nicolás Maduro, announced this Monday that the extraordinary congress of the red party will be held on September 11 and 12. This congress will be popular, revolutionary, and will honor the Chilean martyr Salvador Allende, to define the paths of the present and the future.
