The popular gay bar, B-Bob’s Downtown, in Mobile, is under contract — and the buyer intends to keep the music playing.

The property and business on Conti Street were listed for sale in July with a combined asking price of $1.9 million. The deal includes both the 5,400-square-foot building and the bar operation, according to Cameron Weavil of The Weavil Company, who is representing the seller.
