GALWAY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Galway man that has been accused of cyberstalking a family member of killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was released from custody on Tuesday, according to public records. Shane Daley, 40, has reportedly been sent to a recovery treatment facility for a 28+-day inpatient program.
Between December 4 and December 7, 2024, Daley allegedly left a series of malicious and threatening voicemail messages on the phone line of a member of Thompson's family, with the first placed within hours of the CEO's death.
