Walnut Ridge, 1948: Today the Lawrence County seat's downtown is bypassed by Interstate 57. At the time of the postcard, traffic used U.S. 67 along Main Street, passing by The Grill with KC Steaks. The building still stands, although the eatery is now a distant memory.
