The former Penn State student accused of raping a woman at his on-campus apartment in 2024 surrendered to officials on Tuesday, according to the U.S. Marshals Service in Philadelphia.

Abdul-Jabril Cooper, 19, is accused of raping a female student in his apartment at Penn State Abington in September of 2024, officials explained.
Cooper was a student at the school at the time of the incident and has since dropped out of the university, officials said.
