DAVIDSVILLE (WTAJ) -- After a winless season in 2023, Conemaugh Township had only one direction to in - up. And the Indians rebounded with a 5-6 season last fall and have eyes for more.

"Two years ago, entering into the Heritage Conference, it was kind of a cold welcome," Head coach Brandon Studer said. "We were 0-10 last year, we were .500 in this year. We hope to continue to climb that ladder, to the top of the Heritage."

Township returns plenty of starters, eight on each side of the ball. Another year of experience will do the team good after a very hot and cold 2024 campaign. Last season, the Indians allowed 163 of the team's 219 points in just four games, holding the Township's other seven opponents to 8 points per game.
