STATE COLLEGE (WTAJ) -- It's hard to remember such a dynamic quarterback-receiver combo as State College's Ty Salazar and Eddie Corkery were in 2024. Half of Corkery's 3,100 yards went to Salazar, who was second in the state in receiving yards; his 21 touchdowns led all players.
But as the Little Lions enter 2025, that duo graduates, leaving a wake behind them. • 2024 Record: 11-2
"Those two are pretty irreplaceable," Head coach Matt Lintal said. "They're special kids and really left their mark on this program and a tremendous legacy. But, they really paved the way for these next guys."
Corkery and Salazar are just the beginning when talking about the roster turnover the Little Lions face this fall. Receivers Mike Gaul and Cooper Brushwood combined for 1,000 yards themselves. Running
