A suspect in the murder of a man found shot in Birmingham last week was arrested in New Orleans by the FBI.
Harold Dailey, 35, was taken into custody by the FBI New Orleans Violent Crime Squad on Monday, according to the Birmingham Police Department. Advertisement
Dailey was wanted on a capital murder warrant in the shooting of John Byron Roulaine, who was found dead in a van on First Avenue North on Aug. 11.

Roulaine was an employee with ADW Temporary Staffing, according to police. They believe he was involved in a fight before he was shot.
