CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WAVE) - A suspect in a 2013 double murder in Clarksville was located in an ICE facility in Georgia in July, the Clarksville Police Department said in a statement.

In October 2013, officers were called to the scene of a house fire on North Randolph Avenue . Two men, Miguel Rodriguez Solis and Julio Cesar Ventura Monzon, were found stabbed to death inside the home as crews worked to put out the fire.

Detectives collected DNA samples at the scene and were searching for a third man who was a resident of the house, but was missing .

That third man remained missing until July 2025 when Carlos Alberto Bonilla-Canenguez was arrested and held at a Georgia ICE facility.
