The fall election could bring changes to elected leadership positions in all cities in Blaine County. Three mayoral seats and 11 city council seats will be open to challengers in November.

In Ketchum and Carey, the mayor’s seat and two council seats in each city will be up for election.

Ketchum voters will also be asked whether to change the city’s form of government, a decision that could alter the number of candidates residents elect, the Express reports today on page three.

In Sun Valley and Hailey, two council seats in each city will be up for election.

In Bellevue, the mayor’s seat and three council seats will be up for election.

Numerous fire district, school district, recreation district and cemetery district board positions are also open for election.
