MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A cell phone store on Summer Avenue closed up shop on Tuesday evening after federal agents raided it.
In & Out Wireless, located in the Summer Center, was the latest target of the Department of Homeland Security and suspected Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
FOX13 crews arrived around lunchtime to find agents carrying out boxes and loading them into the back of a yellow truck. Some boxes were labeled "Apple," while another had a Department of Homeland Security evidence label on it.
One man told FOX13 he visited the store recently.
"They just fixed my phone not too long ago," he said. "Yeah, I'm surprised. They do good business; I don't know why they were raided for."
