Over 5,500 customers without power, MLGW says

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Over 5,500 customers were without power Tuesday night as straight-line storms passed through the Mid-South, Memphis Light Gas and Water said.

According to the MLGW outage map, the most heavily affected areas were Germantown, South Memphis, and Downtown.
