BENNETTSVILLE, S.C. (WBTW) -- A Bennettsville man is facing burglary and larceny charges stemming from a string of break-ins at a Marlboro County School District facility, police said.

Quontrell L. Davis is facing two counts of grand larceny and three counts of burglary after authorities said he forcibly entered a field house at Marlboro County High School between July 30 and Monday.

Police recovered multiple items belonging to the school when they arrested Davis.

He was transported to the Marlboro County Detention Center where he remains in custody pending a bond hearing.
