NFL personality Kay Adams has been touring the country ahead of the new season, and this week brought her to Minnesota, where she sampled the best cinnamon rolls in the world.

Adams is in town filming her YouTube show Up & Adams at the Minnesota Vikings' TCO Performance Center ahead of the new season, and stopped in at Isles Bun & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis before heading to Eagan.

"A 10/10 cinnamon roll to start my day at Isles Buns & Coffee in Uptown Minneapolis," Adams tweeted.

She's not exaggerating.
