SPEARMAN, Texas (KFDA) - The Spearman Lynx are ready to flip the script on the football field for the 2025 season.

The Lynx finished 4-7 last season, and suffered after an early playoff exit in the bi-district round.

For senior Hector Delagdo, he wants a full team effort for his last year.

“Growing up as a freshman... I’ve always wanted to do the best for my seniors and I wish these guys would do the same for me,” Delgado says.

Head coach Brandon Reagan is preaching to his players to practice hard now so that games will come easy.

“The biggest thing with them right now is just do the hard things first,” Reagan says.

After the starting quarterback went down last year, Hudson Swan took over the offense and he’s now ready for a full year under center.
