THIS MORNING …

Yesterday was a chilly, raw day in Connecticut. In fact, temperatures peaked at unseasonably cool levels, setting a new record for the Hartford Area (63 yesterday beat the previous coolest high of 70 from 1922). The record for Bridgeport was 70 set in 1990, which was tied.

This morning, the rain is moving out! But the roads are wet, and they’re going to be wet for the morning commute, so exercise caution when it comes to driving. Temps are cool too, in the lower to mid 50s and there’s a bit of a breeze which makes it feel raw outside this morning. You might want to grab a light jacket or a sweater before heading out the door.
