Retired Frederick police officer to run for state delegate

Retired Frederick Police Department officer Jason Keckler is running to represent legislative District 4 in the Maryland House of Delegates.

Keckler, 53, filed as a Republican candidate for the office on Aug. 6, according to the Maryland State Board of Elections.
