WATERLOO, Iowa (KCRG) - An Eastern Iowa man has been sentenced for his involvement in a gang-related shooting.

37-year-old Kyle O’Donnell is one of four people who collectively shot 34 rounds of ammunition at a home containing eight people, including a child.

Information presented during sentencing revealed that on August 21, 2022, four people dressed in black opened fire at a Waterloo home. Following the shooting, all four individuals ran away. Police found two of the individuals at a home five blocks away. Officers also located three guns in a shed. O’Donnell was found around one block away from the location of the guns.
