ATLANTA — Police say two suspects used a Home Depot rental truck to ram through the front of a Lululemon store in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, before fleeing the state and abandoning the vehicle nearly 180 miles away in Griffin, Georgia.
Greenville Police said the burglary happened around 3:44 a.m. Tuesday at the Lululemon located at 600 South Main Street, one of the busiest corridors in the city and lined with surveillance cameras.
A security company monitoring the store alerted the police agency's 911 center that two suspects could be seen inside the business on live cameras.
When officers arrived a minute later, they found the storefront badly damaged and employees later reported about $4,600 worth of merchandise stolen. Credit: PROVIDED
