ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Weedville man is facing charges after he was allegedly caught multiple times selling products that tested positive for Delta-9 THC.
Dimitri Fiodorov, 50, the owner of Camp Sweetleaf in Jay Township, is facing dozens of charges after Pennsylvania State Police conducted controlled buys, according to a criminal complaint. In November of 2024, Troopers in Ridgway started an investigation into the store for allegedly selling THC products after a suspect in a different case told them they had purchased the marijuana from the store's owner, Fiodorov.
On Jan. 29, officers went to the store to determine if illegal THC products were being sold. Police noted that on this occasion, they observed several items of contraband, including Delta-8 THC gummies, Delta-9 THC gummie
