Brian and Skye Steele dreamed of a singularly dedicated medical and therapeutic campus for Where Hope Lives for many years.

They co-founded the nonprofit is part of City Help Inc. of Phoenix (Phoenix Dream Center). Where Hope Lives provides trauma-informed residential care and comprehensive therapeutic services to survivors of sex trafficking.

When the Steeles found a technology partner that could handle the operation’s scale and could assess and address the healing needs of trafficking victims in real time, the dream was real enough to announce the nation’s first hospital dedicated solely to trafficking victims.

And the planned $60 million facility will be in Glendale.
