JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - Jackson County Sheriff John Ledbetter confirms there was a shooting at Ingalls Shipbuilding in Pascagoula.

According to the sheriff, the shooting happened around 7:30 Friday morning.

Sheriff Ledbetter said there was one victim, but their condition is unknown.

There is currently a large law enforcement presence near the shipyard.
