KENNETT, Mo. (KAIT) - An ongoing narcotics investigation resulted in one person being arrested, and law enforcement officers finding numerous drugs.
On Thursday, Aug. 21, the SEMO Drug Task Force, along with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office, and Kennett Police Department, executed a search warrant on a Kennett home.
According to a Friday news release , investigators seized the following:
88 grams of methamphetamine
33 grams of suspected fentanyl pills
28 grams of suspected ecstasy/MDMA pills
A machine conversion device (Glock switch)
Various items of drug paraphernalia
One person was arrested and is awaiting the filing of formal charges by the Dunklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
