LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Landbank Authority is hosting "Landbank-A-Rama," a three-day open house series Aug. 26-28 designed to showcase some of the city's vacant and abandoned properties available for purchase.

“This is an integral part of our comprehensive Safe Louisville Crime Plan where [we] address vacant or abandoned properties that can become hosts for illegal activity,” said Mayor Craig Greenberg, D-Louisville. “Every resident of every neighborhood deserves to be safe and feel safe. This is a chance for us to revitalize neighborhoods and address the root causes of crime.”

The Louisville Mayor's Office said the event supports the Landbank Authority's mission of returning underutilized properties to productive use while energizing neighborhoods, enhancing property values
