Alberta's New Democrats are bringing their Better Together Summer campaign to Red Deer and will host a town hall event at Festival Hall on August 27 at 6:30 p.m.

Over the summer NDP leader Naheed Nenshi and members of his team have been visiting communities around the province to hear directly from Albertans about what they want for their province and their country.

"Our Better Together Summer is in full swing, and I've been hearing from Albertans from every corner of this province that we are proud Canadians. That we don't need a government pushing separatism. We don't need a government ignoring its core responsibilities — jobs, affordability, health care, education," said Nenshi about Alberta's UCP government, in an online invitation.
