EBENSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Protestors called into question where one local representative stands on gun rights issues Friday.
Republican state officials and gun rights activists rallied outside the Cambria County Courthouse in favor of the Commonwealth adopting a "Constitutional Carry Law" that would allow Pennsylvanians to carry a gun without a permit.
Currently 29 states have constitutional carry laws in place, and some local lawmakers feel it's time Pennsylvania catches up.
"Constitutional carry is among a host of bills that are important to gun owners," said Representative Dallas Kephart (R-73rd District). "Cambria County is loaded with gun owners. My legislative district is very pro-gun."
