HAZLETON, Iowa (KWWL)— Tensions are rising at a mobile home park in Hazleton. Residents say the new management team is creating more problems than solutions.

Neighbors claim the new managers have been issuing citation after citation without warning for issues ranging from lawn upkeep and pets to not following grandfather clauses. Those citations can quickly escalate into fines, and if left unpaid, eviction notices.

Residents say management has become largely inaccessible. They say the office is staffed only once a week and calls to them are often cut short or ignored altogether.
