LEWISBURG, Tenn. (WSMV) - An external investigation will soon be underway into the arrest of the Lewisburg city manager.
Roy “Bam” Haislip was arrested by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday on multiple charges connected to stalking a city employee and even breaking into their home.
The Lewisburg City Council held a special meeting Friday night to decide how to handle the major scandal.
