Cherry Almond Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup cottage cheese

Natural sweetener of choice to taste: stevia, monk fruit, honey, or maple syrup

⅛ tsp vanilla or almond extract

½ cup frozen tart cherries, defrosted

1 tbsp dark chocolate, stevia sweetened if desired

1 tbsp slivered almonds

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients other than the chocolate and almonds, and mix unless combined. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips. Pour chocolate over the yogurt bowl, then sprinkle with the almonds. Pla
