INTOXICATION
RED LION HOTEL: A 22-year-old man was arrested after police responded to a disturbance Thursday night. The man tried to get other people to fight him and, upon the police’s arrival, he said he was an alcoholic and wanted to commit a felony to go to prison. He threatened to assault officers if they came near him, Police Deputy Chief Brent Wasson said. Police noted the smell of alcohol on the man, and was instructed to get on the ground. He was taken into custody despite his attempts to headbutt and kick police, and he was arrested for misdemeanor intoxication and interference.
