DARTMOUTH, Mass. (WLNE)– A single-car crash on I-195 east in Dartmouth on Saturday morning claimed the life of the driver who crashed.
According to Massachusetts State Police, officers responded to the scene around mile marker 21 shortly before 3:30 a.m.
Officers, alongside Dartmouth Fire and EMS, extracted 36-year-old Crystal Mullins of Freetown. Mullins died of her injuries.
A passenger in the car received non-life-threatening injuries, according to MSP.
According to MSP, I-195 east was reopened to normal traffic at 6 a.m.
The crash is currently under investigation.
