RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. — Authorities have released the name of a 19-year-old killed in a Bluff Road apartment complex one day after two people were arrested in connection with his death.
Richland County deputies arrested two people roughly 24 hours after a person was shot and killed at 1051 Southern Drive, an apartment complex known as The Roost, on Friday.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department said 19-year-old Tyron Shelley and 20-year-old Ta'John Goodwin have each been charged with murder after a man died of a gunshot wound he received at 1051 Southern Drive around noon on Friday.
Authorities said Shelley was arrested at his home in Earlewood, and a stolen gun from Florence County was recovered during a search. Authorities said Goodwin turned himself in at the sheriff's departme
