ST PAUL, Minn. — As crowds poured into the Minnesota State Fair this weekend, one of the vendors seeing a steady stream of customers was the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild.

"It has been an incredible fair so far," said Brewers Guild event manager Lindsey Darling. Darling says people have been lined up for the craft beer flights since doors opened at 9 a.m.

"We have different flights from 85 different (Minnesota) breweries, we have over 200 different beers, 500 kegs, and they are rotating throughout the day," Darling said.

A Gallup poll released this month found that just 54% of U.S. adults drink alcohol, the lowest rate in 90 years. The poll also found that 53% of people say moderate drinking is bad for your health, up from 28% about 10 years ago. That's one reason Darling says they star
