MENASHA, Wis. (WBAY) - The Menasha Police Department partnered with the Parks & Recreation Department for a “Doggie Dip” at Jefferson Park pool on Saturday.

Pets got the chance to take a plunge while people took part in fundraising events like raffle baskets.
