WEYAUWEGA, Wis. (WBAY) - A mother in Weyauwega is collecting clothes for those in need in her community as kids get ready to head back to school.
This even caught the attention of the Head Start Center in Waupaca, which gave her a spot to hand them out.
After making a post about her efforts on social media last month, Janis Seefeldt has received a lot of clothing.
She hopes to get even more leading up to the Shirley Thrift Store clothing drive event happening next month.
Seefeldt is getting things ready at her home-based business for the event that kicks off on Monday, September 29th, and Tuesday, September 30th, at varying times.
Families can schedule appointments outside regular hours if needed, and parents can take something home on those days as well.
