OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) —Dogs and cats were being adopted for the annual Clear The Shelters campaign at the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare on Saturday. This is a nationwide initiative where local animal shelters partner with NBC TV stations across the country.

"They're going to have a microchip, and they're also going to have all age-appropriate vaccines. That includes rabies if they're old enough." "We've had 307 adoptions so far, which is a very good month for us."
