Raja Jackson, the son of MMA legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, created a social media stir Saturday night after he was shown in a live stream of a disturbing attack on a professional wrestler.
And in the aftermath of it all, rumors that the wrestler had died or could die were so prevalent on X into early Sunday morning, that Rampage himself took to X with a statement.
“I want to clear up the misinformation about my son Raja,” he wrote. “I’ve been confirmed that the wrestler (Stewart Smith aka Syko Stu) is awake and stable. Raja was unexpectedly hit in the side of the head by him moments before Smith’s match, Raja was told that he could get his ‘payback’ in the ring. I thought it was a part of the show.
