KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Tracking out periods of rain and storms that are moving through on Sunday morning. The Sunshine will try to emerge from the clouds for the afternoon.

SUNDAY: Through the day we have mostly cloudy skies with the sun trying to shine down on east Tennessee for the afternoon. We’re staying in the low to mid 80s for the afternoon. This evening should be mostly rain-free as temperatures fall back to near 80 for sunset.

MONDAY: We wake up on Monday with some limited areas of fog. You will notice the cooler air. How about near 60 to start. Some of you will be in the upper 50s. All of us for the afternoon are in the upper 70s and mostly sunny skies.

TUESDAY: It’s a wash and repeat day on Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and temperatures back into the upper 70s.
